Promotional Terms & Conditions

On a regular basis, Loop is running special promotions and temporary discount offers (hereafter called "Discounts") which are activated by making use of discount codes and/or by participating in a specified activity or event.

By participating in promotions of Loop, participants agree to be bound by these and promotional specific Terms and Conditions which are supplemented by our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website (www.loopearplugs.com).

  • The discount code is solely valid for orders on our online store.
  • Discounts are applicable to customers who meet the eligibility criteria as determined by the company. These criteria may include, but are not limited to, minimum purchase amount, specific product categories, or membership status.
  • The Discount code cannot be combined with any other voucher code or offer unless stated otherwise.
  • Discounted products including promotions such as buy 3 get one free, cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code.
  • We reserve the right to reject orders where a Discount code is deemed invalid.
  • The Discount codes are only applicable on specific products, until stocks last and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Discounts are only valid for a limited time as specified by the Loop. Customers must use the discount within the stated time frame to avail of the discount.
  • The Discount may be withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Loop.
  • Only one Discount code can be used per order and per person.
  • In case a part of the order is returned, the refunded monetary value will be the item's value at the time of transaction, i.e. including the applied Discount.
  • The promotional Discount will not be applicable to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, a new order should be placed using the original discount code.
  • Loop reserves the right to modify Discount codes at any time if it becomes aware that they have been shared, distributed or made public through any means not authorised by the company. Such modification may include the substitution of existing codes with new ones, with or without prior notice to the affected parties.
  • Loop reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to terminate suspected illegitimate services.
  • Loop reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Vouchers are void if restricted or prohibited by law.

 

Black Friday Cyber Monday Campaign



For the duration of this specific promotion, participants are eligible for a 20% discount on all items available in our online store.
  • Promotion Dates: This promotion will be valid from 29th November to 2nd December 2024, 23:59 EST .
  • Discount Mechanic: The 20% discount will be automatically applied in the cart at checkout.

All other terms regarding the use of the discount, returns, and eligibility criteria as outlined in the general Terms and Conditions remain in effect.

 

Black Friday Campaign Mystery Earplug 

  

Campaign Duration:
The promotion is valid for purchases made in the USA and Canada, starting from 29th November 2024 until 2nd December 2024 23:59 EST or while stock lasts, whichever occurs first.

Eligibility:
Receive a pair of Mystery Earplugs (further “Mystery Earplug”) with any purchase of $89 USD or more (excluding shipping costs) in the USA, or $129 CAD or more (excluding shipping costs) in Canada. Offer applies to qualifying orders placed on www.loopearplugs.com and shipped within the United States or Canada.

Conditions:

  • The Mystery Earplug is available only while supplies last. Once the allocated stock has been exhausted, customers will no longer be eligible for the promotion without prior notification. We encourage all participants to act promptly to secure their Mystery Earplug while supplies last.
  • The minimum purchase amount of $89 USD (or $129 CAD in Canada) must be met before taxes and shipping costs are applied.
  • Mystery Earplug is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  • If an order is returned, the Mystery Earplug must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Limit of one Mystery Earplug per qualifying order, regardless of the total amount spent.
  • The Mystery Earplug has an approximate retail value (without discount) ranging from $34 to $44 USD in the USA and from $49.95 to $59.95 CAD in Canada. The specific gift may vary.

Campaign Duration: The discount campaign is valid from 3rd of December 2024, until 27th of December 2024, 23:59 EST.

  • The Discount Code cannot be combined with any other voucher code or offer unless stated otherwise.
  • Discount Mechanics:
    • Spend $49 USD or more (or the equivalent in the applicable local currency) to receive a 15% discount on the total amount of your purchase (excl. shipping costs).
    • Spend $74 USD or more (or the equivalent in the applicable local currency) to receive a 20% discount on the total amount of your purchase (excl. shipping costs).
